*This listing includes hardware STL model files and .3mf print profile only.
Motion control code, Fusion 360 files, and advanced system functionality are provided separately through Dev.Pack Pro.
**Backing plate tray for holding the M3 nuts behind the rear printer panel and drill template file from the original release works with this updated model
The following components are required to complete the assembly:
10x5x2 Magnets (2) N35 or higher recommended
Source from leckiestein.com or Bambu Store
BT2.6 x 8mm (3) Fasteners For Plastic. These are the screws that come with scraper blades.

Repeatable X and Z positioning
Adjustable ProTab height
Text depth for optional colour fill
Tool-less removal for cleaning and maintenance
Magnet-assisted mounting with structural geometry support
Hidden fasteners for a cleaner look
Maintains access to the carbon filter door
Designed to print without supports
This system requires tight tolerances for proper fit and performance. This print is about 2.5 hours if using my provided profile - don't rush a good fit!
.3mf print file is for Bambu Studio - no modified Gcode
Perpendicular layer lines - designed to be printed to avoid interlocking layer lines on sliding parts
Parts are printed by object for consistent layer times and to avoid knocking tall parts off the bed on Z hop travels
Reduced speeds for improved cooling, layer adhesion, and dimensional accuracy
Reduced line width for better detail and corners
0.14mm layer height for overhang quality
Important:
Heat-dry your PETG-HF filament before printing.
Bambu Lab PETG-HF tends to under-extrude with stock profiles. Set your flow ratio between 0.95–0.985 for best results.
Calibrate Pressure Advance correctly for lower speeds used in this profile for best results
X1C PA auto cali may not function correctly due to the slower speeds and low volumetric flow used in the PETG filament profile.
Fit between the front slide cover and backing plate should be a bit tight at first and will loosen up after use inside your heated machine.
There’s one setting responsible for a surprising number of print quality issues: Retraction Length.
Stock filament and print profiles often use ~0.8mm retraction length during layer changes and a whopping 2mm retraction during AMS cycles. While these are safe values to reduce blobs during travel for a wide range of filaments, it can also introduce air into the melt zone and it's affecting your print quality.
That air can show up as:
Small gaps in extrusion lines
Surface defects that resemble wet filament
Increased stringing
Under extrusion
If you’re seeing these issues and your filament is dry, retraction may be the cause. Try using Setting Overrides to reduce retraction Length and observe how your extrusion behaviour changes.
