SWMC Core 0 for Bambu Lab X1C (Feb.15.2025 Core Family)

SteinWipe Motion Control Core 0 for the Bambu Lab X1C; the first formally-named Core in the SWMC project and the foundation that every later Core refines. This listing covers all Core 0 releases for the X1C across both Bambu Studio and Orca Slicer.

Core 0 established the reusable wipe macro architecture, introduced chute tapping, sidestepping purges, and the first-layer scan overhaul that made SWMC more than a collection of scripts. Configuration happens by editing inline SteinSwitch toggles directly in the gcode; simple, transparent, and proven over a full year of field use.

This listing is for users who want the most conservative, most tested SWMC feature set for the X1C. If you prefer keyword-based configuration through printer notes, see the Core 1 listing for the X1C instead. Core 0 stays in production alongside Core 1 because stability matters to some users more than newness.

The Feb.15.2.2025 stable release is the recommended version of Core 0. The Feb.15.1.2025 beta is included for users who bought into the release during its beta window and for historical access to the original Core 0 build.

Each release ships as a .3mf file that imports directly into the slicer as a new printer preset. Full user manual is available on each release preview page.

The SteinWipe V1 wiper mount is recommended but not strictly required; most SteinSwitches work without hardware, but the actual wiping features need something to wipe against. Wiper mounts and pads are available separately in the SteinWipe Parts collection.

All releases in this listing are also included in Dev Pack 2025 and Dev Pack Pro 2026. If you want access to every SWMC release across all printers and all cores, the Dev Packs are the most cost-effective path. If you only need Core 0 for the X1C, this standalone listing is the right fit.
